This was a GREAT, fun house for 13 members in my family and I’d highly recommend to everyone! We’ve rented villas and homes each summer for the past 20+ yrs when our kids were young. Now my adult children have their own children so the next generation gets to enjoy the Sea Pines Resort in larger homes that house us all! Brian was AMAZING when anything needed attention which I truly appreciated! THANK YOU, Brian and Kristen! We pray MyStay booms and grows for you both!

Spent a month in the house. Eight of those days we had our 3 adult children, spouses and three young grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The home was very well appointed. Lots of things were thought of for little kids, including the pack and play , the high chairs,games etc.. Brian was very responsive and available to answer questions and concerns.

This house is awesome! Stayed here with family ages 1yr-75yrs; 15 total people. The space was perfect for us. The house is stocked with everything you need. Except beach umbrellas; bring your own or rent from a local company. We rented bikes for the week and Harbour Town is about 5 min away and about 10mins to Sea Pines Beach.

Nice open area on main floor. Plenty of room around private pool. Property is well stocked with plates, glasses etc. Also had plenty of seating and the upstairs game room was a hit! Great beach going supplies including chairs and wagon.

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was a huge benefit after a morning at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Brian (property manager) was very helpful and easy to reach when we had questions.
