72 Off Shore

We had a fantastic month-long stay in 72 Off Shore. This was easily the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced; it was charming, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was especially well stocked, and the starter amenities, including beach towels, hand soap at every sink, coffee pods, and snacks, made settling in easy. We also appreciated the large TVs throughout the house as we were able to keep up with the NCAA basketball tournaments during our stay. The location was ideal—just a 7-8 minute bike ride to the beach, as well as the General Store, pickleball courts, and Trent Jones Golf Course. The home sits in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the 4th fairway, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like labeled light switches, a great dining table for meals and game nights, and a fun ping pong table in the garage. The rental company was excellent from start to finish—helpful during booking, proactive with detailed check-in and island information, discounted bikes and other island activities, and very responsive during our stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free. This truly felt like a home rather than a rental. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Decent home in a quiet part or the Palmetto Dunes.Home had been recently renovated, which was nice, but there was some construction materials left outside on the ground. Also it would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner available to use. Few tweaks to the property and I'd stay there again.
