1 Mallard Road

The house is in a great location, and the layout is perfect for larger groups. We especially enjoyed the spacious common areas and the overall setup. The only downsides were that the pool area could use a good power washing, and the house itself could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend it, especially for families or larger groups.

We loved everything about this home. It's very large but still feels cozy. Great for multiple families or just one. The pool table was used by all and the pool/hot tub area were perfect. I'm very difficult to please and found this place to be an A+. Prettier than in the pictures with beach access really close by. Also, extremely clean which is important! We will definitely rent again!!

1 Mallard Rd is a great house with lots of privacy. We had 12 people in our group and there was lots of room for all. The bunkrooms upstairs were perfect for all the kids. The master was very large and private and the soaking tub was a nice touch. The screened in porch was a great place for those early risers with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pool & hot tub were a great place to spend the rest of the day after a morning @ the beach. The walk or bike ride to the beach was so easy. You could see the beach walkover from the house. We loved the close proximity to Coligny Plaza. Riding bikes everyday to The Ice Cream Cone is a must do! We love Hilton Head Island and easily count this as one of our most favorite beach destinations. This house, by far, is our favorite stay since we've been visiting HHI.
