This house is awesome! Stayed here with family ages 1yr-75yrs; 15 total people. The space was perfect for us. The house is stocked with everything you need. Except beach umbrellas; bring your own or rent from a local company. We rented bikes for the week and Harbour Town is about 5 min away and about 10mins to Sea Pines Beach.

Nice open area on main floor. Plenty of room around private pool. Property is well stocked with plates, glasses etc. Also had plenty of seating and the upstairs game room was a hit! Great beach going supplies including chairs and wagon.

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was a huge benefit after a morning at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Brian (property manager) was very helpful and easy to reach when we had questions.

This was our first time going to Hilton Head Island and we had a fantastic time! I highly recommend staying in Sea Pines and using MyStay HHI. Brian and Kristen were our hosts and they were absolutely amazing! The communications from them were so helpful and the app they provided gave you everything you needed to understand the house and the surrounding areas. They also gave incredible recommendations on restaurants and they answered every question we had quickly. The house was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our party of 6 adults. The house can definitely handle a lot more guests if you need that. The outside patio/ pool area was perfect and the location within Sea Pines was so convenient. They added a new game room with pool/table tennis and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We honestly had an amazing time and highly recommend MyStay HHI.
