Hi! We're Brian & Kristen,
The founders of MyStay Vacations
Hospitality has been at the heart of our careers for more than 20 years. Our journey began in Key West, where we joined the management team of four boutique hotels. From there, we moved to the Bahamas to help revitalize a historic 35-room hotel and restaurant, eventually expanding the business with a beachfront club featuring five off-grid cottages and later a luxury 12-room resort and restaurant.
When we relocated to Hilton Head Island, we joined a startup vacation rental company and helped grow its portfolio by more than 600% over the next four years. Along the way, we learned what homeowners truly value, what guests remember long after checkout, and what it takes to earn people's trust.
Eventually, we knew it was time to build something of our own.
That's how MyStay HHI was born.
We built MyStay around the experience we always wanted to create—quick communication, thoughtfully cared-for homes, honest partnerships with homeowners, and vacations that feel easy from the moment you book until the day you head home. Every decision we make comes back to one simple question: Will this make the experience better?
Even our signature pink has a story. It's a nod to the boutique hotels where our careers began—places that shaped our love for thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and creating stays people never forget. It's a daily reminder of where we started and the standard we strive to uphold.
Today, Brian leads owner relations, business operations, and revenue strategy, while Kristen oversees marketing, guest experience, and brand development. Together, we're still hands-on every day, combining decades of hospitality experience with a genuine commitment to every home, every homeowner, and every guest who trusts MyStay.

Meet our Field Operations Manager, Ethan. Ethan leads our maintenance efforts with a hands-on approach and a commitment to getting the job done right. From troubleshooting an issue, coordinating repairs, or preparing a home for guests, he takes pride in keeping every property operating at its best.

Meet our Brand Operations Manager, Briana. With years of leadership experience and a passion for hospitality, Briana brings positivity, patience, and attention to detail to everything she does. Whether she's inspecting a home or helping a guest, she's always focused on creating the best possible experience.
Meet our Marketing Director, Will.
Will believes people should feel invited in—not advertised to. With experience creating campaigns for nationally recognized brands, college athletics, and the UFC, he brings a creative, story-first approach that helps showcase the people, homes, and experiences that make MyStay different.
Inspection Team
During our busiest seasons, it truly takes a village. In addition to our core team, we're fortunate to have a trusted team of part-time inspectors who help us ensure every home is guest-ready. With experience inspecting everything from cozy villas to luxury oceanfront homes, they share our commitment to quality and attention to detail. And because we're still a hands-on company, you'll often find the rest of our team—including us—wearing an inspection hat right alongside them.
What we're about
We represent a collection of homes across Hilton Head Island, each with its own character, story, and family behind it. Our team is here to care for those homes, support the people who own them, and create vacations guests will talk about long after they return home.
