Very clean property in Shipyard with plenty of amenities. Loved the location and layout. The third bathroom with three bedrooms is a big plus for this property. Only negative is the instructions say that you must keep the thermostat at 72 degrees or higher. We are use to setting our thermostat at about 68 at night because we like it cooler at night. Fortunately, there are plenty of fans to help. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay in this spacious condo with easy to use televisions and internet. The hosts were easy to deal with and promptly answered any questions that we had before and during our stay.
