65 Courtside Villa

Another great time at SAGvilla! Its beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Just a quick walk to the beach and Coligny - it’s the perfect spot!

Our family had the BEST time staying a week at 65 Courtside. The location was perfect. In the heart of things but never too noisy or busy. The beach was easily accessible via a short walk and the wagon, beach chairs, and toys made the stay easy peasy! The condo community pool was always clean and never too crowded to find a spot to lounge for our family of 5. A short bike ride away from Adventure playground; a 5-10 min bike ride to the heart of Coligny Plaza, Starbucks, Mellow Mushroom, etc… We rented bikes for the week which our kids loved! One of their fav memories for the week was biking on the beach. Plenty of bike racks were available right outside the condo which was so handy! We loved unplugging and catching sun breaks on the back patio of the condo and also putting together puzzles and reading books (the condo comes equipped with all of that plus games so need to worry if you didn’t pack those things or forgot!). The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils/dishes to allow our family of 5 to cook a few dinners and eat most all breakfast and lunch in the condo! We utilized a grocery set up concierge service, Coastal Concierge, which was SO nice coming at peek season to avoid a grocery stop in route to town. Our family will DEFINITELY be back to 65 Courtside!

This was our third visit to this beautifully decorated and incredibly clean condo. We enjoyed the pool, riding bikes, and it is an easy walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The condo comes equipped with anything you might need, including small appliances, beach chairs and toys, and basic household items (baggies, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). We highly recommend this condo!

Great property that is close to everything, will be back for sure

We had the pleasure of staying here for two months, escaping the cold weather in Michigan for February and March. The villa was spacious, lots of light, well stocked, and clean. We enjoyed the extras that MyStay included, they were nice touches. The villa has a good view of the pool area and pond with a small but well appointed balcony. The location was perfect for us. Close to the beach for our daily walks, and Coligny Plaza for some dining and shopping. Our stay had a few issues, every home owner knows that these things happen. The important thing to us was how quickly the MyStay crew responded and resolved these minor issues. We are set for next year at this same place. We highly recommend this villa and MyStayHHI.
