The condo and property were exactly as described and clean. Beds were comfy. We appreciated the small touches like coffee, snacks and household items to get us started for our stay, as well as beach towels and chairs. Convenient to many good restaurants and grocery stores.

As first timers with Hilton Head Island we didn’t know completely what to expect but we’re so happy we found our rental through MyStayHHI! Check in was easy, the unit was immaculate, stocked with all supplies we could have needed, and the bonus extras from the company was so appreciated! We had beach supplies, a wagon, and even cleaning supplies to clean the unexpected (maybe expected) messes my children made during our stay. From making modifications before our check-in, to help with issues out of anyone’s control, we were so appreciative of the quick response from an actual person every time. The app was a fantastic digital central location for all of our info. I will be singing the praises of MyStayHHI for a long time, and I’m looking forward to browsing other units when we return next year with more people. Me and my husband loved the decor of the home and the furniture. The bed was so comfortable- not always a guarantee on vacation. And I know it was such a small thing, but the tote bag and the frisbee immediately won over both of my teenagers and we used them everyday of our vacation. 10/10, 5 stars, THANK YOU!
